Having spent years navigating rigid, one-size-fits-all recruitment processes that failed both organisations and candidates, they decided to build something better, a recruitment agency designed around flexibility, purpose, and genuine sector expertise.

We obtain a minimum of two verified professional references, at least one from the most recent employer, covering the last three years for regulated roles.

Every candidate's right to work in the UK is verified from original documents before their first day. We operate in full compliance with UK immigration law.

Competency Interviewed

All candidates are interviewed face-to-face or via video, with structured safeguarding questions and scored assessments, not just a quick phone call.
