All candidates working in regulated activity are Enhanced DBS checked, including barred list screening, before placement, without exception.
Two Professional References
We obtain a minimum of two verified professional references, at least one from the most recent employer, covering the last three years for regulated roles.
Right To Work Verified
Every candidate's right to work in the UK is verified from original documents before their first day. We operate in full compliance with UK immigration law.
Competency Interviewed
All candidates are interviewed face-to-face or via video, with structured safeguarding questions and scored assessments, not just a quick phone call.
